Job Position Details:

Position	Qualifications	Experience	Required Skills
Chief Financial Officer	Chartered Accountant	Minimum 15 years of post-education experience in Finance and Accounts, preferably in E&P, including 5 years in a Senior Leadership role.	Financial planning, ERP systems, financial modeling, leadership, and team management.
Senior Manager Geology	Master’s Degree in Geology (16 years)	Minimum 15 years in E&P, focusing on Prospect Generation, volumetric, and risk assessment.	Operational geology, petro physics, tech-log, leadership, and presentation skills.
Senior Manager Geophysics	Master’s Degree in Geophysics (16 years)	Minimum 15 years hands-on experience in Petrel Kingdom or Landmark software for seismic interpretation.	Seismic mapping, prospect generation, seismic acquisition, and geophysical analysis.
Senior Manager Reservoir Engineer	BE Degree in Petroleum Engineering (16 years)	Minimum 15 years in Reservoir Performance, Field Development, and Reservoir Optimization.	Reservoir modeling, reserves estimation, oil and gas field development, and economics.
Senior Petroleum Economist	CFA and MBA Finance	Minimum 8 years, preferably 3 years in E&P, with experience in Oil and Gas full cycle economics.	Oil and Gas business analysis, regulatory knowledge, fiscal regime, and corporate risk profiling.
Draughtsman	Proficiency in Corel Draw, PowerPoint, and ArcGIS	Must have 10 years of oil and gas industry experience as a Draughtsman, with GIS certification.	Corel Draw, ArcGIS, geological and geophysical mapping, and presentation design.
